I am so SO so excited to share this session with you! I have known Morgan and Damien for a little more than 5 years in various ways through community and school theatre. I have always adored them, both individually, and especially as a couple. They got married a year ago in Key West at a destination wedding and I was so excited as pictures from friends and loved ones appeared on facebook...everyone was. That is the thing about Morgan and Damien...they are magnetic, draw people to them, and everyone wants to know them and be a part of their love story. They have been together FOREVER, have a darling little dog, and just are so good at loving each other and other people.
So when Morgan contacted me a month ago saying that she wanted a second run at wedding pictures because they didn't get exactly what they wanted at their wedding (word of warning to the future destination wedding bride: often, this is the case with resort photography- if pictures are important to you, you may want to bring a photographer along, or do exactly what Morgan and Damien have done!!). She wanted to head out downtown, in their town, and get the wedding portraits they always wanted.
We met, Morgan looking fabulous as always (there is something extra special about a wedding dress though) and Damien as dapper as ever. Morgan was so excited, and Damien was doing this session out of his abundant love for her (most grooms and husbands aren't exactly thrilled with photo time but he was a total trooper as you will see). And we celebrated 1 year of them together. 1 year married, and another year in love. It was so much fun, and they made it so easy to capture their love in their city! Enjoy Morgan+Damien!!!
