Favorites of 2013: Holiday Mini-Sessions

In November, I had the huge pleasure of shooting some tree farm mini-sessions. Even though it was chilly and windy (and we had to reschedule from our initial date, which was the day of all the tornadoes in central IL), they were SO enjoyable! I loved just spending a fraction of time with these families, and as someone who is totally obsessed with the pageantry of Christmas (even though the real reason for the holiday does not escape my heart!), a tree farm is a PERFECT holiday backdrop! I hesitated to share much of these earlier, knowing that many of my families were planning to use these images for their holiday cards or as gifts, but with Christmas past, I am so excited to share these with you!
