The D Family: Kindred | Family Photography, Springfield IL

When planning for an extended family session, as a photographer I am usually thrilled if we can all just end up in one spot and get through the session capturing what each family is hoping for! This is to say nothing bad about extended family sessions- I adore them and think they are SO special for families! There are just usually so many people involved and such large numbers that it is a chaotic, fun, entertaining event! I was SO thrilled to work with this lovely extended family on a beautiful summer day at the park...not only were they very attentive and EASY to work with, but they were adorably coordinated and just so pleasant to be around! 2 people fall in love, have 3 kids, each of whom get married and have kids and grow families of their own...it really is a beautiful thing. Enjoy the D family!
