I have always adored my time at school with my students, getting to know and work with and teach them. As much as I LOVE music, I know that my heart truly lies with the kids and working with them. Now, getting to capture their senior photos and spend that time with them and their families, I feel like I have been given this extra special gift, and extra blessing, of time with them that I treasure so much! I recently spent time with a pair of twins that I actually haven't gotten to have in class, though I have known them throughout their high school careers, and I am so grateful for this opportunity! I am going to do an epic 3-PART blog to share them with you, starting with each sister individually, and then them together.
First, I will start with Heather, because she was the second sneak peek (and second photographed)! I have had a little less time with Heather than her sister at school, making this time with her so special! Heather is an amazing teenager, and carries SO much in her sweet palms! She is incredibly smart (one of the top 2 in her class!), very hardworking, a fantastic athlete, and very well liked at school. She also happened to be awarded homecoming queen just a couple of weeks ago. She is that girl--and everyone adores her! She was so easy to photograph, and I just could not get enough of her! Meet Heather:
Starting right out with one of my all time FAVORITES....wow, girl!!
Heather, you are STUNNING!
On to the state fairgrounds!
Heather, I am a bit obsessed with this outfit of yours...LOVED it!
Another favorite!
And of course, we had to spend a little time having some soccer fun :) Loved watching Heather in her element here!
Heather, I adored spending time with you and hope you love these images! 2 of my favorites here at the end- stay tuned for Heather's sister, and the twins together!
