I could not be any more excited to share this post with you!  I believe in transparency as I am beginning my business and never want to trick anyone into thinking I have more experience than I do, so I am so excited about this post because it is my first engagement shoot for my first bride and groom. This dream that I have had for so long is coming to life, and it begins here with Matt and Liz!!!  I have had the honor of working with many couples as a part of other sessions over the past year, but I haven't gotten to spend dedicated time just capturing a couple's love without it being about a belly, a gorgeous dress, or a full family in addition to the couple, and it was so much fun for me! 

Being my second shooter, my Michael came along and we met Matt and Liz last week on a cloudy, warm, and beautiful night.  Liz and Matt brought such joy to us that evening- there is such a fun, playful innocence about them and just being around them made us smile. We could not be more excited about shooting their wedding next May!!!  They adore each other, they have fun together, they tease each other, and they are willing to PLAY together- watching them interact is such a beautiful thing!  When I initially met with Liz and Matt to discuss their wedding photography, Liz just gushed and bubbled as she told me the details of their love story, and their early plans for their wedding.  Matt watches her, smiling, a bit more serious, clearly so in love with this vibrant woman he has chosen.
In truth, they remind me in personalities a bit of my Michael and I, and it is so special to witness.  You will see fun, and loving, and sweet, and serious in these images- sit back and enjoy!!!
